I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
What is the Shipping Time?
The typical shipping time is 5–10 business days.
Please note that factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unexpected circumstances or issues with the carrier may lead to delays. As such, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date. The shipping carrier is responsible for any delivery issues.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order without penalty, provided that the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL.”
I Entered an Incorrect Address!
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected details. Notify us as soon as possible, and we will make the necessary adjustments within 24 hours.
My Item Arrived Damaged
While we take care to ensure that each item is shipped with adequate padding, approximately 1 in 1000 items may be damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with the following information:
– Your order number
– A photo of the damaged item
Once we receive this, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
